O’Sullivan is an intriguing soul. He could have easily followed many of his peers down the novelty seventies artist route but he has always kept his own counsel. As such he found himself out in thewilderness for many years but slowly consensus has come round to appreciate his talent for penning classy, classic pop songs. Adrian McCarthy’s excellent documentary reveals what makes him tick.
