New series in which doctors Mark Hamilton and Nina Byrne take their mobile medical unit around the country to check out the nation’s health. This week takes them to Sligo and the topic is preventing heart disease. A public walk is organised and the Sligo County Darts Team are encouraged to improve their lifestyle.

A look at the final days of Jacson’s life in an effort to uncover what really happened and to show what sort of lifestyle he was living at the time of his death last June.

TV3, 22:00 Midweek with Colette Fitzpatrick
St. Patrick’s Day: National Holiday or National Disgrace Panel talk show this week focusing on the pros and cons of St. Patrick’s Day. Also up for discussion and debate are the country’s twenty-somethings renowned for their party lifestyle in the boom and who are now at risk of becoming yet another lost generation.

BBC 2, 21:00 Inside John Lewis
Documentary looking at the workings of the department store with a focus on how it is faring during the recession.

BBC 1, 22:45 The Boys Of St. Columb’s
Second chance to catch this documentary directed by Tom Collins about the first generation of young men to receive free secondary education in Northern Ireland. Featured alumni include Seamus Heaney, Seamus Deane and Phil Coulter.
